How I use and store your personal data:

GENERAL PRIVACY
The information you provide via the contact page or when ordering goods or services will be used solely within Photography by Gail Griggs. I do not store credit card details nor do I share customer details with any third parties. All of the data stored is password protected. I plan on keeping the stored data for no longer than 10 years.

PURCHASING DATA
When you purchase a product or service, your name, address, email, contact number and which products you purchased will be stored in order to fulfill your order only. I will not use your data to send you any promotional information unless you have opted in to do so.

THIRD PARTIES
Under no circumstances will I sell, trade or rent email lists or your personal information to others.

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that I hold for you at anytime, simply email your request to: hello@gailgriggs.co.uk.
